What types of websites do you build?
We build everything from clean, professional business sites to more complex applications with custom functionality. Most of our projects are WordPress-based — which means you get a site that’s easy to update yourself and cost-effective to maintain. When a project genuinely requires custom development (React, PHP, Python), we build that too.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. We can modernize your site for performance, security, and user experience while preserving your brand identity — or reimagine it entirely if you’re ready for a fresh start. Either way, we start with a strategy call to understand what’s working and what isn’t before we touch anything.
How long does it take to build a website?
Do you use templates or build from scratch?
We use proven, reliable foundations and customize them to your brand, goals, and workflow — whether that means adjusting colors and layout or writing custom code where it matters. Going fully custom sounds impressive, but it often creates an ongoing maintenance burden where everything requires specialized updates. Our approach invests your budget where it has the most impact and builds a site you can actually maintain long-term.
What’s included in your WordPress management packages?
All plans include core/plugin/theme updates, security monitoring, backups, and monthly reporting. Standard and Premium plans add daily backups, uptime monitoring, performance optimization (caching, image compression), and faster support response times. Premium also includes advanced firewall tuning and a monthly strategy call.
What happens if an update breaks my site?
We test all updates in a staging environment before pushing to production. If anything does break, we roll back immediately from our backup — typically within minutes, not hours. That’s why we do staged updates instead of blindly pushing them live.
Will I still have full access to my site?
Always. You maintain full admin access at all times. We believe in transparency and partnership — your site is your site. We’re here to manage the technical side, not to hold your content hostage.
Do you manage WooCommerce sites?
Yes. WooCommerce sites are a great fit for our Standard and Premium plans, which include the daily backups and uptime monitoring that e-commerce requires. We also handle WooCommerce-specific plugin updates and payment gateway compatibility testing.
What does a business audit include?
Depending on the audit type, we evaluate your website’s design, UX, page speed, SEO health, security vulnerabilities, or all of the above. Every audit delivers a prioritized action plan with plain-language explanations — not a 40-page PDF full of jargon.
Do you fix the issues you find, or just report them?
The audit delivers a prioritized action plan. If you’d like us to implement the fixes, we can scope that as a separate project or transition you into one of our ongoing service plans (SEO, WordPress Management, etc.). Many clients use the audit as a diagnostic before committing to ongoing work.
Can I combine multiple audits?
Yes — and we offer a discount when you bundle. A combined Performance + SEO audit is our most popular package. Book a strategy call and we’ll give you an exact quote.
Can you set up Google Analytics or Tag Manager?
Yes. We offer full setup and configuration for GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console — ensuring you own your data and accounts. If you already have analytics installed, we’ll audit the setup to make sure it’s tracking what actually matters for your business.
What’s your process like?
Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute discovery call. From there we create a custom proposal with clear scope, timeline, and pricing. For larger projects we define milestones and work in weekly sprints with regular check-ins. You’ll never wonder what’s happening or where your project stands.
Do you outsource your work?
For larger or ongoing projects, we may bring in trusted developers — but all work is overseen, reviewed, and quality-checked in-house. You’ll always have a single point of contact and consistent quality regardless of team size.
How do you communicate during a project?
Retainer clients get a dedicated communication channel (Slack, email, or your preference). We provide monthly reports on all ongoing services, and larger projects include weekly status updates. Our average response time is under 4 hours for active clients.
Do you work with businesses outside of Dallas–Fort Worth?
Absolutely. While we’re based in the DFW area and love working with local businesses, we serve clients nationwide. Everything we do — from strategy calls to project delivery — works seamlessly over video and shared workspaces.
How do you charge for services?
We publish pricing on every service page — no hidden fees, no mystery invoices. Most services have tiered packages (Essential, Standard, Premium) so you can choose what fits your needs and budget. Custom work and consulting are billed at $300/hr. Same-day rush orders are available at a higher rate.
Do you require payment upfront?
We typically collect a deposit to reserve your spot and begin work, with the remainder due at key milestones or on completion. Monthly services are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Payment plans are available on projects over $5,000.
Can I get a quote before committing?

Can I cancel a subscription at any time?
Yes. All recurring plans (WordPress Management, SEO, AI services) are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. We ask for 30 days notice so we can ensure a clean handoff.
What kind of results should I expect?
Most clients see faster load times, better conversions, and fewer support headaches after working with us. SEO clients typically see ranking improvements within 60–90 days and significant traffic growth within 4–6 months. Our systems are designed for long-term stability and compounding returns — not quick spikes that fade.
What if I need help after the project is done?
We offer ongoing maintenance and support plans for exactly this. Our WordPress Management plans start at $59/mo. For project-based clients, we’re always available for follow-up work or one-off requests — just reach out.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our work, we don’t offer blanket refunds — but we do ensure satisfaction through transparent communication, phased delivery with approval checkpoints, and quality guarantees at every milestone. You’ll never be surprised by what you receive.
Do you offer emergency support?
Yes — our Standard and Premium WordPress plans include priority access for emergency issues like site outages, security breaches, or critical functionality failures. Response times are guaranteed based on your plan tier.
