Client
IWDNow needed a system that could generate complete WordPress websites automatically for customers. The workflow had to provision hosting resources, databases, and files without manual admin effort. The solution needed to integrate directly with cPanel and remain reliable at scale. We delivered an automation-first platform that dramatically reduced provisioning time and operational overhead.
Problem
- Manual WordPress provisioning was slow, inconsistent, and error-prone
- Hosting setup required automation across accounts, databases, and files
- Admin workload needed to be reduced to support scale
- The solution needed repeatability and reliability at higher volume
Strategy & approach
Tools & methods used
- Modular platform foundation and workflow orchestration
- cPanel integration for account and database provisioning
- Automated file deployment and WordPress bootstrapping
- Form-driven automation and validation logic
- Operational safeguards for repeatable provisioning
We designed a form-driven provisioning pipeline that transformed customer inputs into a repeatable automated build process. We integrated directly with cPanel to create accounts, databases, and deploy the WordPress file set consistently. We focused on consistency and reliability so sites were provisioned the same way every time. We structured the system so future provisioning features could be added without reworking the core flow.
