Search Engine Optimization

You are here:

SEO for businesses that want to be found and understood

Be easier to find. Give customers a reason to choose you.

When people search for the services you offer, they need to find you, understand how you can help, and know what to do next. We write useful content, improve existing pages, and fix selected website issues so your search work supports that whole journey.

Our Approach

Good SEO starts with a website people can use

Getting found is only part of the job. We look at four things together:

  1. A clear website: help visitors understand your services and contact you.
  2. Search foundations: make your pages accessible to search engines and keep business information accurate.
  3. Useful content and trust: answer customer questions and seek relevant listings and links.
  4. Ongoing improvement: review what is happening and choose the next worthwhile changes.

The same clear pages and accurate information can also support AI-assisted discovery. We monitor available evidence without promising placement in search or AI answers.

Help search engines understand your site

We investigate issues that could stop useful pages being found and use your plan’s technical hours for the fixes you approve.

Get changes made

Your plan includes time to implement selected website improvements. We agree on priorities and explain when a task needs extra work.

Answer the questions customers ask

Build content around your services, customer concerns, and the information people need before contacting you.

Know what you are paying for

See what was written, published, and changed, along with the search and inquiry information available to review.

Get finished writing, not another task

We research, write, review, and publish the agreed content. You provide your business knowledge and approve the facts.

Keep the work relevant

We review priorities with you as your services, website, and customer questions change.

The Problem

SEO should not leave you with more unfinished work

You may know your website needs attention without having time to write pages, interpret technical reports, or chase implementation. Our monthly plans bring those jobs together, with clear amounts of content, page improvement, and technical work.

See the work move forward

Your report shows finished changes and published pages, plus anything waiting for your approval. You can see the difference between work completed and results observed.

Choose an amount of support that fits

We discuss your priorities and budget. If a smaller plan or a one-time improvement is enough, you do not need to buy more monthly work.

What's Included

What Your Monthly Plan Includes

Every plan includes onboarding, research, finished writing, human review, standard publishing, technical monitoring, and monthly reporting. Choose the amount of content and website improvement your business needs.

A report you can understand

See the work completed, what the available search and inquiry information shows, and what we recommend doing next.

Research included

We review relevant competitors at the start and quarterly to help choose worthwhile topics and improvements.

Time to improve how your website works

Plans include up to 2, 6, or 12 active implementation hours each month. Growth includes one customer-journey improvement release and Partner includes two, within those hours.

Attention to pages you already have

Improve 4, 8, or 12 different existing pages each month. A full rewrite counts as a content piece; the same page is never counted in both allowances that month.

Content written and published for you

Receive 2, 6, or 10 finished pieces each month, including review, standard publishing, live checks, and two consolidated revision rounds within the brief.

Relevant listings and website links

We work on suitable business listings and seek useful mentions and links from relevant websites. This is not sales outreach, and placements are not guaranteed.

Pricing

Choose the right level of SEO support

Prices are USD. Each plan covers one website, one business, and one eligible Google Business Profile. Multi-location work is separately scoped. Quantities are total allowances for the selected plan; they are not added to a lower tier.

All plans include technical monitoring, profile accuracy checks, client-supplied photo updates, monthly opportunity review, a rolling 90-day plan, and quarterly reprioritization. Essentials maps keywords and intent; Growth adds content-gap mapping; Partner coordinates content, conversion, and authority opportunities in a quarterly roadmap. AI-assisted production receives human review.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We research, write, review, and publish the agreed pieces. You provide accurate business information and approvals, including expert or clinical approval when needed. Each piece includes a brief, title and search description, internal links, a relevant next step, and images from approved or included licensed sources. Standard template formatting, live checks, and two consolidated revision rounds within the brief are included; our factual or implementation errors do not use a revision round.

A new page or substantial rewrite that answers one customer need, such as an article, service page, provider page, or substantial FAQ or resource page. A few short FAQ answers are not a separate piece. Typical planning lengths are 800–1,200 words for articles, 600–1,000 for service or provider pages, and 1,500–2,500 for Partner’s enhanced piece. We agree on the length the topic needs rather than padding it. Original research, interactive tools, complex design, video, and custom illustration need a separate quote.

Yes. Your plan includes work on 4, 8, or 12 different existing pages each month, separate from new content. We can improve the headings, search description, links, image text, contact prompts, and selected copy, generally up to 300 words per page. A full rewrite counts as a content piece instead. We do not count the same page twice, and new content already includes optimization. You receive a short before-and-after record. If there are too few worthwhile pages, we discuss another useful option or a smaller plan.

They cover approved hands-on changes, such as fixing indexing or redirects, adding appropriate structured data, improving templates or contact buttons, and repairing an approved conversion event. Growth’s one and Partner’s two customer-journey releases fit inside their hours. These releases are website changes, not promised conversion lifts. Research, reporting, content editing, standard publishing, and your separate page-improvement allowance do not use these hours. We estimate the work and record time used. Extra work needs your approval; unused hours do not build up indefinitely. We review underuse and make good delays caused by ViewPoint.

Yes, with no separate setup fee. During the first 30 days, we review your services, market, website, available analytics, Search Console, and eligible Business Profile; establish priorities and an available measurement baseline; and create a rolling 90-day plan. We map customer searches to pages, review competitors, check profile accuracy, and discuss an appropriate review approach. We also check up to 15 relevant listings once and correct or submit gaps where access and free submission allow. Requested changes and accepted listings are reported separately. Onboarding does not replace your first month’s content, and previously paid-for useful work is reused or credited rather than charged twice.

Links from relevant websites can help people discover your business. We work on suitable business listings and seek useful mentions or links from website owners, organizations, or editors. We report what we did and any links actually earned. We do not contact potential customers or promise third-party placements. Memberships, sponsorships, paid distribution, listing fees, and other placement costs require separate approval.

Your monthly report shows what was completed, what is live, and what is waiting for approval. We also review available search, website, local, and inquiry information. Where suitable records exist, we can distinguish inquiries, appointments, or sales from website activity. A button click does not prove an answered call or a qualified lead. AI checks show what appeared in an agreed sample, not lead attribution; their monthly totals are across the listed platforms. Google AI impressions can overlap overall search figures, so we do not add them together. Missing history and low volumes limit what we can conclude.

No. A larger plan gives you more content, page improvements, and implementation time. It does not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic, links, AI mentions, leads, revenue, or a date when search results will change. We recommend the amount of work your business can use and review progress with you.

Yes. A service-page improvement, contact-path repair, or selected technical correction may be a better starting point than a monthly plan. We quote the specific work and handoff. Standard campaign research is included in monthly onboarding and quarterly reviews; deeper standalone research is quoted separately only when it would help you make a decision.

Hosting, backups, WordPress core and plugin updates, security updates, uptime monitoring, emergency recovery, major redesigns, migrations, custom applications, substantial existing repairs, profile recovery, and extensive new tracking or clinical/payment integrations need a separate quote. Straightforward repairs to an approved conversion event can use technical hours. We check existing care coverage so shared work is not charged twice. Prices exclude applicable taxes, paid media, hosting/care, approved subscriptions, and third-party fees. Each plan covers one business, one website, and one eligible Google Business Profile; additional locations need their own scope.

Service is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, subject to your written agreement. The 90-day plan helps organize work; it is not a minimum term or a promised result date. We review readiness and delivery at 30 days and usefulness and priorities at 90 days. You can discuss a smaller plan, a project, or a pause. You retain completed paid-for content, implemented changes, your accounts, and the agreed handoff. If content is ready but awaiting your approval, publishing it remains owed and does not count as a new piece later. Hosting, licenses, security, and contact paths still need upkeep during a pause.

We agree on suitable data handling before adding tracking. Private identities, symptoms, appointment details, and free-text messages stay out of general analytics. Review requests and replies must respect professional and platform rules. We do not solicit current therapy patient testimonials, offer review incentives, selectively request positive reviews, or confirm care relationships in public replies.

Start with one useful problem and a budget you can sustain.
